The patient has undergone a dental procedure at ACE DNTL STUDIO, Marbella. The treatment is complete and the course has been uneventful at the follow-up carried out.

From a dental perspective, the patient is assessed as fit to travel, including by air, from the date stated above.

No particular precautions beyond the usual post-operative advice are considered necessary from a dental perspective. Should symptoms persist or increase, the patient should seek dental care before departure.

This assessment concerns only the patient's oral status following the dental procedure and does not constitute a general medical fitness-to-travel assessment.
