Marketing Photo Consent

This form is separate from your treatment consent. You may sign or decline it without affecting any aspect of your care. We collect this form only if we may publish photographs of your smile in the studio's public-facing channels.

What we may use the photographs for

• ·Studio website (acedntl.com)
• ·Studio Instagram (@acedntlstudio.marbella and related accounts)
• ·Brochures, press features, and industry presentations
• ·Internal team training and lectures attended by other dental professionals

What we will not do

• ·Share photographs with patients other than you, without your explicit permission.
• ·Use photographs in commercial third-party advertising without a separate written agreement.
• ·Use photographs in a way that identifies you by name, unless you specifically grant that permission below.

What you can ask for

• ·Withdrawal of consent at any time, in writing. Future use stops.
• ·Removal of any specific photograph from a specific channel — name the channel and the photograph.
• ·A copy of every photograph we hold of your smile.
